The Wall Street Journal reports today that the Federal government has contributed in excess of 100 million dollars to fund research and development efforts regarding fracking, the hydraulic fracturing process that is utilized to extrude natural gas. In addition, billions of dollars in tax breaks and other incentives were afforded to companies involved in developing the fracking process.

The lawyers at DLP have represented and continue to represent dozens of clients who have been injured or disabled in the Marcellus Shale region. If you have questions about your case or claim, contact me at tcummings@dlplaw.comor call (570) 347-1011 for a free consultation.
