A bill to amend the Children’s Gasoline Burn Prevention Act was recently introduced in the House of Representatives.  The bill would grant corporate immunity to makers of gasoline containers for defective and unsafe products.  The amendment would strike the requirement that all portable gasoline containers meet specific child resistant safety standards. The proposed  changes to the law could be a harm to innocent children, exactly  what the original law sought to protect. —– INJURY CALL DLP
