In February a Chevron gas well exploded and caught on fire in Greene County Pennsylvania.  Unfortunately a young gas driller who’s fianse’e was expecting his first child died in the fire.  Yesterday the fatally injured man’s family filed a wrongful death and survival lawsuit.  The lawsuit was filed by Pennsylvania Association of Justice stall-worth and outstanding trial lawyer John Gismondi.   The lawsuit seeks to hold Chevron and its subsidiaries responsible   for the young man’s death.  Discovery is commencing as Attorney Gismondi and his staff seek to uncover the causes of this tragic event.
