Pipeline construction is booming in Pennsylvania and throughout the Marcellus Shale Region.  Reports indicate that a somewhat controversial pipeline project which will run through Lancaster County is ready to take off.  A local company is adding a pipeline fabrication unit to its production unit.  The investment will create jobs and manufacture pipes for the proposed project.  The company is confident that the project will break ground very soon despite opposition.
