The Shale Gas Insight conference took place last week in Philadelphia. The conference sponsor, the Marcellus Shale Coalition,  is now pitched in battle with some anti-drilling activists over what the Coalition believes is the appropriation of the Coalition’s logo on an anti-drilling website. On Tuesday, the Coalition sent a notice of copyright infringement to the operators of the website for Shale Gas Outrage, an anti-drilling protest group.  The Coalition asserts that the anti-drilling activists mimicked the industry’s logo in their protests. The Coalition has also asked the company hosting the website to “disable access to the infringing material”. Stay tuned.

The lawyers at DLP have represented and continue to represent dozens of clients who have been injured or disabled in the Marcellus Shale region. If you have questions about your case or claim, contact me at tcummings@dlplaw.comor call (570) 347-1011 for a free consultation.
