The big three (3) day Pennsylvania Marcellus Shale Convention, attended by over 2000 participants and more than several hundred protestors is wrapping things up in the City of Brotherly Love.  The Copnvention was a big success and gathered a lot of PR.   All issues were “on the table” both economic and environmental.    Industry leaders did their best to try to get approval from city residents, especially in Philadelphia touting the reopening of refinaries in the area.   Environmental groups continue to protest drilling in the Delaware River Basin.

DLP has been following the natural gas industry for over five (5) years.   Partners  Joe Price and  Tom Cummings attended the Natioal Oil and Gas Seminar sponsored by the University of Texas in Houston several years ago.    The  13  Trial Lawyers at  DLP are now representing many victims of  GAS DRILLING,  PIPELINE CONSTRUCTION AND GAS TRUCK ACCIDENTS.    Dlp is handling these cases in Federal Court and county courts in  BRADFORD, SUSQUEHANNA, TIOGA, POTTER, LYCOMING, WYOMING AND SULLIVAN COUNTIES.
