NEPA GAS DRILLING ACCIDENT LAWYERS–DLP–Gas Drilling Slowdown Slows Airport Traffic

Date: July 20, 2012

The Marcellus Shale natural gas drilling boom in Northeast Pennsylvania has been an economic stimulus for many local companies.  As reported on this blog previously, the Scranton Wilkes Barre Airport has been one of the largest beneficiaries of the natural gas drilling industry.  Planes have been added, passenger levels are at record highs, and airport revenues are way up.  Unfortunately, the low price of natural gas nationwide has slowed gas drilling throughout the country.  The Scranton Times reports today that passenger volume at the airport is down  8% over last year.  Airport officials blame the slowdown in natural gas drilling as the culprit

DlP has been one of the businesses benefitting from the gas drilling industry.  The  13 Trial Lawyers at DLP have been hired on many GAS DRILLING ACCIDENT cases.  DLP’s TRUCK LITIGATION GROUP is handling many Gas Truck Accident cases.
