Pennsylvania Natural Gas Production at Record Levels—DLP Trial Lawyers Record Significant Results for Gas Drilling and Pipeline Workers in NEPA

Traveling to Athens Bradford County to meet a personal injury client the other day I noticed the lack of natural gas drilling related traffic on Route 6.  Clearly the number of new well being fracked is way down at the present time.  However, looks can be deceiving when it comes to natural gas production.  Reports this week indicate that actual production is at record rates.  Wells in Susquehanna, Wyoming and Bradford Counties are being worked hard and are producing at a record pace.  Other wells are drilled and remain ready to be fracked once gathering pipelines are constructed.  This may occur sooner than later considering the multi-billion dollar pipeline projects currently underway or on the books.  Once the pipelines are on line expect the drilling of new wells to really take off.

The representation of seriously injred clients throughout Bradford, Susquehanna, Wyoming, Tioga and other counties in the Marcellus Shale regions of Pennsylvania has really taken off at Dougherty Leventhal Price LLP.  Although DLP Trial Lawyers have handled cases in the Northern Tier for over 35 years, for the past six years representation of natural gas drillers, pipeline workers, quarry workers and truck accident victims has really increased.  DLP resolved a gas truck fatality in Susquehanna County for $14 million.   Remember–INJURY??  CALL DLP!!!
