Sexual Assault in Bethlehem Nursing Home

Unfortunate news was released regarding a sexual assault that occurred in Manor Care nursing home in Bethlehem, Pa. According to the Allentown Morning Call, a patient was sexually assaulted by a nursing home employee. This patient was unable to speak or move due to her medical conditions. Another employee of the nursing home was reported to have witness the assault and then reported it to her facility supervisor and the authorities. The Bethlehem police have charged the employer with aggravated indecent assault but was released on $25,000 unsecured bail.
