In an attempt to stop construction companies from taking advantage of, and hiring illegal aliens at substandard wages and no benefits, the State House has passed a tough new law seeking severe penalties against offending employers.  The bill, which could have significant effect on some construction companies working the Pennsylvania Gas Fields and building gas gathering PIPELINES, is an attempt to stop construction companies from hiring work hungry illegals instead of paying proper wages and benefits to American Citizens or workers with proper identification and documents. .  The Senate will take up the bill and it is expected to pass and be signed by the Governor.
